The terms that apply when you use our website or ask us for a quote.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to the websites, guides, audits and services provided by iCelestial. By using our website or asking us for a quote, you agree to them.
2. Our services
iCelestial offers audits, Academy learning products and build services such as websites, online stores, automation and AI tools. What is included in each project is set out in the written quote we send you.
3. Quotes and payment
A quote is valid for 14 days from the day we send it. Work begins when we receive a 50% deposit. The balance is due on delivery. Prices are shown in Jamaican dollars, with US dollar amounts given as a guide only.
4. Accounts and course access
Paid courses are licensed to the person who bought them for their own learning. You may not share your login, copy the lessons, or resell them. We may suspend an account that is shared or used to copy content. Your project files and reports are yours, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.
5. Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, subscriptions and other third-party fees are not included in our prices unless the quote says so. These are paid by you to the provider.
6. Your content
You supply the text, images, logos and other content for your project and confirm that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for content you provide.
7. Audits and guides
Audit results and Academy guides are provided for information. A scan cannot confirm that a website is fully secure, compliant or free of errors, and results are not a guarantee of search rankings or sales.
8. Limits
We work to deliver what the quote describes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
