1. Who we are
iCelestial is a fully remote digital agency. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, website address and the details of your request, when you message us on WhatsApp or by email, or use a form on our site.
Basic technical information, such as your browser and the pages you visit, if analytics tools are enabled on our site.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver projects, run audits you request, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. WhatsApp and email
When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers we use to deliver your project, such as hosting and email tools, or when the law requires it.
6. Accounts and sign-in
Where we offer accounts, you can sign in with your email address or a Google account. We receive your email address and name from the sign-in method you choose. We use them to give you access to what you bought or requested, such as Academy courses, audit reports and project updates. We never receive your Google password.
7. Your dashboard
If we are building or reviewing your website, your dashboard shows the stage your project is at, the checklist, files we share with you and any audit reports. You can ask us for a copy of this information at any time, and you can choose to stop using the dashboard and receive updates by WhatsApp or email instead.
8. Course access
To protect paid course content we record which courses you own, and we may record sign-in times and device details to stop one account being shared. Paid lessons may show your email address on screen. We do not use this information for advertising.
9. Keeping your information
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your account and dashboard records, by contacting us. We do not make it difficult to leave. When you close your account we remove your sign-in details and send you a copy of your project files and reports if you ask for one.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
